Information we collect
When you contact us or register for a course we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in and any message you send us. If you purchase a certification eCard, payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your inquiry, schedule and deliver training, issue American Heart Association eCards, keep required course records, and send you information about your certification or renewal.
Sharing
We share information only where it is needed to deliver your training — for example with the American Heart Association to issue your eCard, or with our payment processor to complete a purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Course and certification records are kept for as long as required by American Heart Association Training Site requirements. Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, except where we are required to keep certification records. Email us at Inramiyahshands@gmail.com with your request.
