These terms apply when you book, attend or purchase training and certification materials from In RaMiyah's Hands.

Registration and payment
Your seat is reserved once payment is received. Course fees, eCard fees and alignment fees are listed at the time of purchase and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Attendance and completion
Certification requires attending the full session, participating in all hands-on skills practice and successfully passing the required skills testing (and written exam where applicable). Students who arrive late or do not meet the skills standard may be asked to reschedule.
Certification cards
American Heart Association eCards are issued to the email address you provide at checkout. Cards are issued only after successful course completion. It is your responsibility to claim your eCard and to provide an accurate email address.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule a class due to weather, low enrollment or instructor availability; if we cancel, you may transfer to another date or request a refund.
Instructor alignment
Instructors aligned with our Training Site agree to follow current American Heart Association guidelines, Training Site policies, and required monitoring and reporting. Alignment may be ended by either party.
