RefundPolicy

What happens if you need to reschedule, cancel, or if we have to move your class.

Rescheduling

Let us know at least 48 hours before your class and we will move you to another available date at no extra charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be issued as a credit toward a future class instead of a refund.

No-shows and late arrivals

Students who do not attend, or who arrive too late to complete the required skills practice, are not eligible for a refund but may register for a future class at a reduced rate.

Classes we cancel

If we cancel or reschedule a class for weather, low enrollment or instructor availability, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund — your choice.

eCards and alignment fees

Once an American Heart Association eCard has been issued it cannot be refunded. Instructor alignment fees are non-refundable once the alignment process has started.
